Registration Fee

Since the conference has no registration fees, the only requirement for a paper to be published is that at least one author registers to attend the conference and presents the paper in person.

Registration includes: access to all technical sessions, invited speakers, lunches, coffee breaks, the reception, conference materials, and social events.

For student registration:
Students must submit an official university letter confirming their full-time student status and the degree program they are enrolled in, along with the registration form.
